MASAEAM Privacy Statement
MASAEAM is committed to protecting privacy and ensuring security of information that we collect from organisations, contractors, agents, third parties and individuals in conducting our business. The methods we use to collect and protect information are in accordance with the Privacy Data Protection Law (PDPL) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Type of Information we collect
The information we collect includes information about organisations and people who we employ and/or with whom we have a current or past business-related relationship. We may also collect information about individuals and organisations who have registered an interest in any of our business activities, including recruitment.
We may hold and collect:

We will not collect or release information, in most cases, without the organisation’s or individual’s consent.

Collection of Information

Securing Information
We maintain strict standards and security procedures to prevent unauthorised access to information whether it is in an electronic or paper format, and to ensure the correct use of this information. Information stored on our website and systems is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities. It is our policy to destroy all information when there is no longer a legal or business need to retain that information.
